At Paul Manion Properties we offer a professional, reliable and personal service for people to find a property that matches your requirements.

The process involves you the client contacting us with email or phone call and informing us of your requirements. We will then search our database and that of our associated agents to find a selection of properties that match your requirements (we work together with over 150 agents and developers in Nice and the surrounding Riviera area).

We then offer the opportunity for clients to visit us here in Nice, France. We offer free of charge accomodation for 3 nights (from Thursday to Sunday) in one of our rental accommodations
(see Riviera-Rentals web site).

On arrival we will pick you up from the airport and take you to your accomodation. We will then guide you around Nice and the area, showing you a selection of chosen properties.

Paul Manion

Paul Manion (37) has lived and worked in Nice since summer 1999 – he previously worked in London for Robert Bosch Ltd for 10 years in corporate sales and prior to that in estate management in West London. After working full-time and studying for a part-time degree in Business Administration (2:1) he decided to make a lifestyle change and come and live in France.

After arriving in Nice for 1st June 1999 he decided that Nice and the beautiful Cote d’Azur is the place to be and make his home - with its beautiful Mediterranean climate, the magnificent blue seas and skies and air, the food and the lifestyle and finally not forgetting the best road in the world

Paul is completely dedicated to living in France and contributing to French society and life – so with this in mind he set-up a French registered property rental and sales company. With the intention in assisting other people to holiday, stay and live in this magnificent part of the world.

Marc Janssens

Marc Janssens (37) has lived and worked in Nice for the last 15 years. Marc bases his philosophy in life on working and playing hard. Marc is from Gent in Belgium and is fluent in English, French and Dutch. Marc has worked in many industries in the Riviera, with experience in building, sales and customer care. Marc has worked in property rentals for the last 8 years with many happy clients. Marc is very customer aware and is always looking after the customer needs and requirements and prides himself on his punctuality (a very un French trait).
