- Dependent on your needs we can arrange an inspection trip for you to view these properties – this will involve you choosing the individual properties or developments that you would like to see.
- Generally inspection trips take place on a Thursday morning through to a Sunday afternoon – with arrival at Nice airport Thursday lunchtime.
- We will meet you at the airport and take you to your accommodation – we also offer rental accommodation through our sister company Riviera-rentals that you may wish to use. We will take you to your accommodation whether through us or not and then on Thursday afternoon and Friday we will drive you round the selection of properties that we/you have chosen - this will leave you free on Saturday and Sunday to enjoy the French riviera at your leisure.
- During this period we will also have the opportunity to advise you on all aspects of the buying process and issues involved.
- We will always be there to help you with your decision making process – but we will never coerce or send you in a direction that is not suitable for your requirements - our integrity is paramount.
- From making the initial enquiry through to finding the property that you wish to buy, to then signing the compromis de vente, through to the day of completion and after – we will be with you through the whole process – whether buying directly through us – or whether buying through another estate agent or New development.
